To get started, my tip is what are the type of coordinator to hire and how much are their rates. How to budget your wedding for the coordination? Hire only an on-the-day coordination. Why hire an on-the-day coordinator; because you will only be paying less. And also to remember, hire a coordinator that doesn’t accept double booking. A good coordinator is always there for you. He/she will be at your sight for you to easily give a sign if you need something. He/she will take good care with the wedding program. They are passionate and very good with their work. I’m not also saying that all coordinator who accept double bookings are bad, there some coordinator out there have professional assistants with them that knows what they really do and that’s why they accept double booking, others, I don’t know. Some coordinator who accept double booking will not remind you that there are 2 or 3 event on your big day. And doesn’t even show up to assist or help you with your needs.

If you’re the type of person who want quality work and always want the coordinator you hired will always be there for your wedding, update the contract that the coordinator have provided for an assurance that you have been serve well with their services.

As an experience wedding photographer with on-site prenup avp and SDE, make sure the coordinator you are hiring knows what he/she is doing. Check the program that was created for your wedding and if the on-site prenup, and sde presentation are listed properly, or else, there won’t be many guest to watch the presentation if it is aired in the last part of your reception. Because it is commonly known that the guest will come to eat and go. Usually, prenup avp are played before or after the dinner and the SDE are played 50% part of the reception program. And by the way, one critical problem, make sure that the coordinator knows what he/she is doing for the entourage when walking the isle, or else, there won’t be good photos of the entourage because everyone are walking in a few distance for trying to make everything done early.

When hiring an on-the-day coordinator, it’s a big plus and easy to plan your wedding if the coordinator also has a flower styling service. Why this would be a good additional from a coordinator? They might give you a discount if you hire them for the flower arrangement.

To finish this article, If you may notice that I didn’t mention any names, because I don’t want to feature someone here as I don’t get paid and I’m not tied up with any local coordinator. If you want to know one, book me for your wedding and I’ll give you a list or the best coordinator to help you on your wedding day.
